Jordan Tower/Family Unit Renovations
The Red Wing HRA was awarded $7.75 million in funding from Minnesota Housing’s Publicly Owned Housing Program (POHP). With these funds, the HRA will be updating Jordan Towers I and the Scattered Family Public Housing sites. The anticipated work to be completed in Jordan Tower I are: replacement of all plumbing and fixtures, tenant electrical panels, exterior entry doors, and penthouse doors. In the Family Scattered Sites the bathroom plumbing and fixtures will be updated and windows and storage doors will be replaced.
During this whole process of the renovation, HRA staff are committed to ensuring that all residents are informed to each step of the process. There will be updates in the monthly Tower Talk, on the HRA bulletin boards located on the first floor, and here.
