Rental Assistance

Housing Choice Voucher

This program is an income based rental assistance program administered by the Red Wing HRA.  Eligible participants receive a voucher to find a private rental unit within the City of Red Wing, and pay 30% – 40% of their adjusted gross income towards rent.  The remaining portion is paid by the HRA directly to the landlord.

Bridges

Participants may use their voucher in the City of Red WIng only. Referrals are received from Goodhue County Social Services and Coordinated Entry*. To be assessed for Coordinated Entry please contact Three Rivers Community Action.
