Small Cities Development Program Survey now open

Are you a rental or commercial property owner in the City of Red Wing? Do you have aging foundations, leaking roof, or outdated windows? Does your building need to be brought up to code?

Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority needs your expressed interest to apply for the SCDP application. This program could provide eligible owners with low-interest and forgivable financing to update rental or commercial properties.

Complete the survey and intent to participate form for the SCDP program. Either by downloading the forms and returning to the Red Wing HRA Office or online at the following link: https://www.cedausa.com/small-cities-development-program-scdpsurvey-is-now-open-for-red-wing/

This application will be administered by Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) on behalf of the Red Wing HRA.
