Maintenance On-Call, After Hours Procedures

If a resident believes that there is an emergency after hours that may cause damage to the property, then they should call 651-764-9586.  If there is a threat to persons, calling the emergency responders such as the local law enforcement, should be first call.  Emergency responders have the HRA information, if needed.

The resident is to leave a detailed message with their name, unit address, phone number and a detailed description of the issue that is happening.

Maintenance staff will determine if it is an emergency.  They will only respond to actual emergencies.  Any other message will be addressed the next business day.

Any work completed by the maintenance staff after hours and that is not an emergency will be charged to the resident at $75 per hour per staff.
