2027 Annual Agency Plan & Annual Capital Fund Program Action Plan

Public Hearing Notice

The Red Wing Housing and Redevelopment Authority has developed an Annual Agency Plan and Annual Capital Fund Program Action Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.  It will be available for review beginning August 22, 2026.

Comments on the Plan may be submitted in writing to the HRA office, by email to jennifer.jacobson@redwingmn.gov  or at the Public Hearing. Written comments on the Plan must be received in the HRA’s office no later than October 6, 2026.  The Public Hearing will be held at 3:30 p.m. on October 13, 2026 at City Hall Council Chambers, 315 West Fourth Street; Red Wing, MN.  The public is invited to attend.
