Advertisement for Bid-Jordan Tower I
The Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority will accept separate bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Plumbing, Tenant Electrical Panels and Exterior Doors Replacement Project including all associated work required to install / repair same as shown in bid documents. Bids will be received until 2:00pm (local time) March 18, 2026 at the Red Wing Housing & Redevelopment Authority’s Offices at, 428 West 5th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066. At which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for this project is scheduled for February 25, 2026 at 10:00am (local time). Prime Contractors interested in bidding are required to attend. Meet at Jordan Tower I Apartments at 433 West 4th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066.
