Public Housing Waiting List to close

The Red Wing HRA will stop accepting applications for its public housing program starting on February 1, 2025 and until further notice.  The HRA will not accept applications for any size unit after 11:59pm on January 31, 2025.  The list is being closed due to major renovation projects at these properties.  Once the renovations are completed, the HRA will announce in advance when the waiting list will reopen for new applications. 

Current Applicants on Public Housing Waiting List

During the major renovations to Jordan Tower I and Scattered units, the units that may become vacant during this time, will not be filled until after the work is completed.  For those that are currently on the waiting list, you will maintain your position on the list.  Once the renovations are completed, HRA staff will begin to pull names from the waiting list so please ensure you keep that information updated.
