Bridges Rental Assistance Program provides temporary housing assistance for low income adults diagnosed with a mental illness while they wait for a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) or another rental subsidy. Participants may use their voucher in the City of Red Wing only. Referrals are received from Goodhue County Social Services and Coordinated Entry.* To be assessed for Coordinated Entry please contact Three Rivers Community Action.
